Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end claim processing for general insurance products from notification to resolution
- Investigate claims, determine coverage validity, and assess liability using analytical frameworks
- Negotiate settlements with claimants and represent company interests in legal proceedings
- Collaborate with Underwriting, Risk Management, Legal, and Reinsurance teams on complex cases
- Develop and implement claims process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce losses
- Maintain accurate claim documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
- Analyze claim data trends to inform risk mitigation strategies and product enhancements
- Train and mentor junior claim staff on best practices and technical procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, Insurance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive claims management experience in general insurance
- Professional certification (e.g., Chartered Insurance Institute, CIC) preferred
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian insurance regulations and claims handling protocols
- Advanced negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Strong proficiency in claims management software and data analysis tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven track record in handling high-value or complex commercial claims
