You will take full ownership of the class lifecycle, ensuring every corporate training program runs smoothly from conception to completion. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing complex schedules across multiple departments, coordinating with top-tier external and internal facilitators, and meticulously handling all training logistics. You will be the central hub of communication, ensuring an outstanding and seamless experience for all our learners and stakeholders.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate training classes, including scheduling, resourcing, and participant coordination.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for trainers, vendors, and business unit stakeholders regarding class logistics.
- Ensure all training materials, venues, and equipment are prepared and available for every session.
- Track and report on key training metrics such as attendance, completion rates, and participant satisfaction scores.
- Proactively identify and resolve operational issues to ensure flawless training delivery.
- Maintain accurate records within the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Facilitate effective communication between the L&D team and the wider business to accurately forecast training needs.
- Continuously evaluate and improve class management processes to enhance efficiency and the overall learning experience.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in training coordination, class management, or corporate Learning & Development.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with professional fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in Learning Management Systems (e.g., Moodle, SAP SuccessFactors) and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Significant experience in the manufacturing, logistics, or transportation industry is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a highly collaborative part of a team.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to generate actionable insights from training data and feedback.
