Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily operations of offline bootcamp classes including scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with instructors to ensure curriculum alignment and quality delivery of technical training
- Monitor student progress through assessments and provide actionable feedback for improvement
- Handle administrative tasks including enrollment, attendance tracking, and documentation compliance
- Facilitate communication between students, instructors, and management teams
- Implement strategies to enhance student engagement and program completion rates
- Analyze program performance metrics and recommend enhancements for future bootcamps
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or related field; professional certifications a plus
- Minimum 3 years experience in education management, training coordination, or program delivery
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with cross-cultural competency
- Proficiency in educational technology platforms and administrative software
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
