Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all assigned areas including restrooms, common areas, and workspaces
- Follow established cleaning protocols and schedules to ensure consistent quality
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to cleaning and safety
- Interact professionally with staff and visitors while performing duties
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred but not required
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment operation
- Reliability and punctuality in attendance
- Ability to communicate effectively in Bahasa Indonesia
