- Lead and coordinate in-house teams and external partners to deliver comprehensive client requirements
- Oversee the execution of advertising campaigns, PR initiatives, media strategies, and creative projects
- Develop and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention
- Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal creative teams
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure quality and timeliness
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and service enhancement
- Collaborate with department heads to align client services with agency capabilities and goals
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client services, account management, or similar role
- Comprehensive knowledge of advertising, PR, media, and creative industries
- Strong leadership and team management abilities with proven track record
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
