Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end client projects from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and timelines
- Act as primary client contact, managing expectations and maintaining strong relationships through proactive communication
- Collaborate with creative teams to translate client requirements into actionable project plans
- Monitor project budgets and resources, optimizing efficiency while maintaining quality standards
- Develop and present campaign strategies, reports, and performance updates to key stakeholders
- Resolve project challenges and conflicts with innovative solutions
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to business growth initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of client servicing or account management experience in advertising/creative agencies
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end campaign delivery and client relationships
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong project management abilities with experience in remote team coordination
- Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, etc.) and CRM systems
- Strategic thinking with ability to balance client needs with creative constraints
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
