- Lead, mentor, and schedule medical and administrative staff to optimize clinic productivity.
- Manage clinic budget, financial reporting, and operational expenses to meet performance targets.
- Ensure full compliance with national healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and quality assurance standards.
- Monitor patient satisfaction levels and implement actionable improvements based on feedback.
- Coordinate with procurement teams for inventory management of medical supplies and equipment.
- Maintain seamless communication between medical staff, patients, and stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration, Public Health, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in clinic or hospital management.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory requirements and operational best practices.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to foster a collaborative and professional work culture.
- Proficiency in clinic management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to patient-centric care.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English is highly desirable.
