Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end daily clinical operations to ensure seamless workflow and optimal patient throughput.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate multidisciplinary teams, including medical staff, aestheticians, and administrative support.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve clinic sales targets and KPIs.
- Manage inventory, procurement of medical supplies, and facility maintenance to meet safety and hygiene standards.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries and implementing quality control protocols.
- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and prepare detailed operational reports for senior management.
- Ensure full compliance with local health regulations and clinic operational policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in clinic or aesthetic center management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent understanding of beauty and health industry standards and consumer trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software, operational reporting, and digital management tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, result-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and professional English.
