Tanggung Jawab
- Lead daily clinic operations including staff scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization
- Provide comprehensive primary care services with focus on preventive medicine and chronic disease management
- Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols for clinical services and patient safety
- Develop patient retention strategies through personalized concierge healthcare experiences
- Oversee inventory management, budget compliance, and vendor relationships
- Conduct staff training programs and performance evaluations for medical support teams
- Collaborate with specialists to coordinate multidisciplinary patient care plans
Kualifikasi
- Medical degree (S.Ked) with valid Indonesian medical license (SIP)
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience as General Practitioner
- 2+ years healthcare management experience in clinic or hospital setting
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management capabilities
- Expertise in medical concierge services and patient experience design
- Knowledge of Indonesian healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
