Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end daily clinical operations to ensure seamless workflow and high-quality service delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate clinic staff, including aesthetic doctors, nurses, and front-desk personnel.
- Manage clinic inventory, medical supplies, and procurement processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Drive sales performance by promoting skin care packages, rejuvenation treatments, and loyalty programs.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, hygiene, and medical protocols across the facility.
- Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare regular financial and operational reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in clinic management, retail management, or hospitality supervision.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Indonesian and professional English.
- Strong understanding of aesthetic/skincare industry trends and customer service best practices.
- Proficiency in POS systems, clinic management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to be based in Cikarang, Bekasi.
