Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the clinic to ensure high-quality patient care and service efficiency.
- Act as the Penanggung Jawab Operasional (PJO), ensuring full compliance with local health regulations and clinic licensing standards.
- Manage and mentor clinical and administrative staff to foster a high-performance culture.
- Monitor inventory levels, including medical supplies and pharmaceutical stocks, to prevent shortages.
- Analyze operational performance metrics and implement improvements to maximize clinic productivity.
- Coordinate with external health authorities and stakeholders to maintain strong professional relationships.
- Manage facility maintenance and ensure a safe, hygienic environment for patients and staff.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Public Health, Nursing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Clinic Manager, Operations Manager, or a similar leadership role in a medical facility.
- In-depth knowledge of local healthcare regulations and PJO operational requirements in Indonesia.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and clinical management software.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
