Are you a high-performing sales leader with a passion for the aesthetic and wellness industry? Seven Retail Group is looking for a dynamic Clinic Sales Manager to lead our Sozo Skin clinic in Palembang. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our clinic's revenue growth, fostering long-term relationships with clients, and ensuring an exceptional standard of service that reflects our premium brand identity.
You will lead a dedicated team in promoting our high-end aesthetic packages, consulting with clients to understand their skin goals, and ensuring that our clinic not only meets but exceeds its sales targets. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented professional with a strong background in luxury retail or clinical sales, capable of driving both individual performance and collective team excellence.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve individual and clinic-wide revenue targets.
- Provide expert consultations to clients, recommending premium skincare packages and high-end aesthetic services tailored to their needs.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling clinical products and services to enhance client value.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the clinic team to maintain high service standards and sales performance.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the Palembang area to maintain our competitive edge.
- Manage client feedback and ensure a seamless, luxurious customer experience from initial consultation to post-treatment care.
- Generate regular sales reports and performance analytics for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in sales management, preferably within the aesthetic, beauty, or premium retail sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade high-net-worth clientele.
- Excellent leadership abilities with a hands-on approach to team development and motivation.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
