Tanggung Jawab
- Actively engage with prospective patients to understand their health goals and medical needs.
- Provide detailed consultations regarding Vlife Medical's treatment plans and service offerings.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for clinic consultations and medical procedures.
- Maintain a high conversion rate by following up on leads generated through digital and offline channels.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with patients to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales interactions and patient data within the CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, medical administration, or healthcare service roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build rapport.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- High level of empathy and professional ethics in dealing with medical patients.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a significant advantage.
