As the Clinic Supervisor, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that every client receives a world-class experience while maintaining the highest standards of service, hygiene, and clinical excellence.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail-clinical environment. You will lead our front-line staff, manage schedules, and act as the bridge between management and the clinical team to drive performance and client satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure smooth workflows and exceptional service delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate front-desk and clinical staff to achieve performance KPIs.
- Manage clinic inventory, including skincare products and medical supplies, to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Maintain strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and operational protocols within the clinic environment.
- Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism to ensure high retention rates.
- Coordinate staff scheduling and duty rosters for efficient coverage.
- Prepare regular operational reports for management regarding clinic performance and sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a beauty clinic, spa, or hospital environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficient in using Clinic Management Systems (CMS) and basic administrative tools (MS Office).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work in a full-time capacity in Tangerang Selatan.
