Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring smooth patient flow and optimal scheduling.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise clinical and administrative staff to foster a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and Diri Care’s internal quality protocols.
- Manage inventory, medical supplies, and equipment maintenance to prevent service disruptions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution.
- Prepare performance reports and track key operational KPIs for management review.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement new health services and improve operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Public Health, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in clinic supervision or medical office management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Deep understanding of medical administrative processes and clinic best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proficiency in clinic management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to remain calm and decisive in high-pressure or emergency clinical situations.
