Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Manage and train clinic staff to maintain high service standards
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory of beauty products and equipment
- Implement and enforce clinic policies and procedures
- Coordinate with beauty therapists and other staff members
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Conduct regular staff evaluations and performance reviews
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the beauty or healthcare industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
