Thomson Medical is seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking Clinical Informatics Executive to join our esteemed healthcare team on a transformative 6-month contract. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the strategic planning, configuration, and implementation of clinical information systems (CIS) and electronic health records (EHR) to enhance patient safety and care delivery.
- Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to analyze existing workflows, identifying gaps and opportunities for informatics-driven improvements.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of clinical IT projects, including scope definition, resource allocation, risk management, and timeline tracking.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for clinical end-users to ensure proficient and confident system adoption.
- Provide expert-level, day-to-day support and troubleshooting for clinical applications, ensuring high system availability and user satisfaction.
- Ensure all clinical systems comply with local healthcare regulations, data privacy laws, and international standards (e.g., HIMSS, MOH requirements).
- Facilitate system testing (UAT), go-live coordination, and post-implementation reviews to guarantee smooth transitions and optimal performance.
- Analyze system data and user feedback to recommend and implement continuous process and system enhancements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Health Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related clinical/technical discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a Clinical Informatics, Healthcare IT, or Clinical Systems Analyst role within a hospital or large clinic setting.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing or upgrading major EHR/Clinical systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, SAP Healthcare, or equivalent).
- Deep understanding of clinical workflows, patient care processes, and healthcare operations.
- Excellent project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate clinical needs into technical specifications.
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clinical and non-technical audiences.
- Certification in Healthcare Informatics (e.g., CPHIMS, CAHIMS) or Project Management (PMP/PRINCE2) is highly preferred.
