Your main objective will be to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction through expert clinical training, technical support, and relationship management. You will collaborate closely with our sales and marketing departments to develop and execute strategies that meet the needs of our diverse clientele, ranging from major hospitals to specialized clinics in the Semarang area.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and clinical in-service training for doctors, nurses, and hospital staff across Semarang and Central Java.
- Provide expert technical and clinical support to ensure optimal product utilization and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and medical professionals in the region.
- Assist the sales team in achieving revenue targets by providing deep product knowledge and facilitating clinical evaluations.
- Gather and report market intelligence, competitor activities, and emerging clinical trends to the management team.
- Manage the logistics of product trials, loaner equipment, and demo inventory in your assigned territory.
- Ensure all activities comply with company quality standards, industry regulations, and ethical guidelines.
- Participate in medical conferences, exhibitions, and company-organized promotional events.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or a related health science discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a Clinical Product Specialist, Application Specialist, or similar role in the medical device industry.
- Strong clinical knowledge and an in-depth understanding of hospital workflows and operating theatre protocols.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Highly self-motivated with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Central Java (valid driving license and own vehicle required).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and solve problems effectively.
- Customer-focused attitude with a genuine passion for improving patient care.
