Genecast Innotech is at a pivotal growth stage in the Singapore healthcare landscape. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Clinical Sales Specialist to drive the adoption of our advanced oncology genomics solutions. In this role, you will act as the key liaison between our state-of-the-art molecular diagnostic laboratory and the medical community, directly influencing the future of precision medicine in Singapore.
Your mission is to bridge the gap between complex scientific technology and clinical application. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, presenting compelling value propositions to hospitals and diagnostic labs, and ensuring our products are integrated into standard oncology care pathways. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the oncology genomics market within Singapore.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital administrators, lab directors, and oncologists.
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and technical presentations to effectively communicate the benefits of our molecular diagnostic solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the technical and R&D teams to address customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing contracts and account management.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in genomics and regulatory standards to ensure compliance and relevance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorβs degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in clinical sales, medical device sales, or diagnostics.
- Strong understanding of oncology, molecular diagnostics, or laboratory operations is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Singapore for client meetings.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
