Tanggung Jawab
- Source and procure clothing products from domestic/international suppliers
- Manage inventory levels to optimize stock turnover and minimize costs
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries and quality assurance
- Analyze sales data to inform purchasing decisions and trend forecasting
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships
- Monitor procurement KPIs and prepare performance reports
- Collaborate with retail teams to align procurement with sales targets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Fashion Merchandising
- 3+ years in procurement within apparel/retail industry
- Experience with inventory management systems (ERP/SAP)
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Indonesian and English
- Knowledge of fashion market trends and supplier networks
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
