Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and program Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to perform precise dimensional inspections of components and assemblies.
- Interpret complex technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications, including Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Conduct first article inspections (FAI), in-process inspections, and final product inspections to ensure all quality standards are met.
- Document inspection results meticulously, identify non-conformances, and effectively communicate findings to relevant departments for corrective actions.
- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of CMM equipment and other inspection tools to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Participate actively in root cause analysis for quality issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and other QA team members to resolve quality discrepancies efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all internal quality procedures and relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a closely related technical field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a CMM Inspector or QA Technician in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in operating and programming CMM machines using industry-standard software (e.g., PC-DMIS, Calypso, MCOSMOS).
- Strong ability to read and accurately interpret complex engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T principles.
- Familiarity with a wide range of metrology tools and equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, height gauges, optical comparators).
- Demonstrated understanding of quality management systems, preferably ISO 9001 standards.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and robust problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear reporting and collaborative teamwork.
