As a CMO, you will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, conducting credit analysis, and ensuring that all sales activities align with the company's financial policies. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain a robust network of potential clients to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Conduct thorough assessments of loan applications, ensuring compliance with internal credit risk policies.
- Perform field visits to verify applicant documentation and site conditions.
- Build and sustain long-term professional relationships with clients to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage the credit repayment performance of assigned portfolios.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on marketing activities and credit sales performance for management review.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from any major.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in sales or finance is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Proficient in using basic computer software (MS Office).
- High level of integrity, discipline, and target-oriented mindset.
- Willing to work in the field and possess a valid motorcycle driving license (SIM C).
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
