Mandiri Andalan Utama is currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Credit Marketing Officer (CMO) for BRI Finance in Bandung. In this role, you will be the face of our financing solutions, responsible for building relationships with potential clients, managing loan applications, and ensuring the growth of our credit portfolio in the Bandung region.

Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect potential customers for financing products in the Bandung area.
- Conduct professional presentations and consultations regarding loan products to prospective clients.
- Gather and verify all necessary documentation for credit applications and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Monitor the credit status of assigned accounts and ensure timely payments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth credit approval processes.
- Report daily marketing activities and sales performance to the Branch Manager.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's degree from any field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in sales or marketing is a significant advantage.
- Possess a valid motorcycle driving license (SIM C) and a personal vehicle.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined.
- Willing to work in the field and travel within the Bandung region.
- Proficient in using mobile technology for daily reporting and lead management.
