Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, load, and optimize CNC programs for multi-axis milling and turning machines using CAM software.
- Perform machine setup, tool selection, and calibration to ensure high-precision manufacturing outputs.
- Troubleshoot technical issues on the production floor to minimize machine downtime and maximize efficiency.
- Interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints, ensuring compliance with GD&T specifications.
- Collaborate with the production and quality teams to implement process improvements and cost-reduction strategies.
- Monitor tool wear and manage tooling inventory to ensure continuous production flow.
- Conduct regular quality checks and maintain detailed documentation in accordance with ISO standards.
- Provide technical support and mentorship to machine operators and junior technicians.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in CNC programming and machining operations.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam, SolidWorks, or Unigraphics (NX).
- Solid understanding of CNC controllers including Fanuc, Heidenhain, or Siemens.
- Strong knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Previous experience working within a Manufacturing MNC is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced production environment.
