Tanggung Jawab
- Operate CNC machines with precision and efficiency to produce high-quality components
- Perform daily quality control checks using measuring tools and inspection protocols
- Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of CNC equipment
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Document production data and maintenance activities in digital systems
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Optimize machine settings to improve production efficiency and reduce waste
- Train junior operators on proper CNC machine operation and safety procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/SMK degree or equivalent technical certification
- 1+ years of experience operating CNC machines (milling/turning)
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints
- Familiarity with quality control methods and measuring instruments
- Basic understanding of mechanical maintenance procedures
- Strong attention to detail and precision in work execution
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Knowledge of industrial safety standards and regulations
