Tanggung Jawab
- Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines (Fanuc/Siemens controls) to produce high-quality components according to specifications.
- Write, edit, and troubleshoot CNC programs (G-code) to optimize machining processes and reduce cycle times.
- Read and interpret complex technical blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and perform basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Conduct quality control inspections on finished products to ensure they meet ISO and company standards.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement process improvements and adjust tooling as needed.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and factory regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (SMK) in Mechanical Engineering, CNC Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience as a CNC Programmer or Operator in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in reading and understanding technical drawings and blueprints.
- Knowledge of G-code, M-code, and familiarity with common CNC controls (Fanuc, Haas, or Siemens).
- Ability to perform manual machining operations (mill/turn) if required by the job scope.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid Indonesian work permit (KITAS) is preferred.
