Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the primary driver in safe navigation and operation of commercial vehicles
- Load and unload cargo with proper handling techniques and equipment usage
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections including fuel, oil, and tire checks
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logbooks for compliance
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team regarding delivery status and route updates
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
- Assist in troubleshooting minor vehicle issues and coordinate maintenance when needed
- Support inventory management at delivery points and ensure accurate record-keeping
Kualifikasi
- Valid SIM A (Motorcycle) or SIM B (Car) license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year experience as a driver or co-driver in transportation/logistics
- Knowledge of Surabaya and East Java road networks and traffic patterns
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25kg cargo
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Commitment to punctuality and reliability in delivery schedules
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
