In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our coffeeshop, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly, service standards are consistently exceeded, and our team remains motivated and efficient.
As a supervisor, you will oversee the floor, manage vendor relationships, and handle day-to-day administrative tasks to maintain a high-performing environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily coffeeshop operations to ensure seamless workflow and optimal service delivery.
- Supervise, train, and mentor floor staff to maintain high standards of customer service and food hygiene.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock ordering and reconciling daily cash collections.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and regulatory standards within the premises.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly to maintain a positive dining environment.
- Coordinate with cleaning crews and maintenance teams to ensure facility cleanliness and equipment functionality.
- Generate daily and weekly reports regarding sales performance and operational challenges for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Supervisor, Shift Lead, or similar role within the F&B or retail industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and local languages.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and POS systems.
- Willingness to be 'on-the-ground' and actively involved in daily operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
