Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and document temperature data across cold chain infrastructure using IoT sensors and manual verification systems
- Analyze temperature deviations and implement corrective actions to maintain product integrity
- Conduct regular audits of refrigeration equipment, storage facilities, and transportation vehicles
- Maintain compliance documentation for regulatory bodies including BPOM and FDA standards
- Develop and optimize cold chain SOPs for Paxel's logistics network
- Train warehouse and transportation staff on cold chain protocols
- Coordinate with suppliers and clients to resolve temperature-related incidents
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years experience in cold chain management or temperature-controlled logistics
- Certification in HACCP, GDP, or cold chain management preferred
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS systems and temperature monitoring software
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting environmental data
- Knowledge of Indonesian and international cold chain regulations
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and crisis management experience
