Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end accounts receivable processes to ensure timely collection of payments
- Develop and implement strategic collection policies to minimize bad debts and DSO
- Manage cash flow forecasting and treasury operations to optimize working capital
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports for senior management and stakeholders
- Negotiate payment terms and resolve complex client disputes effectively
- Collaborate with credit team to assess customer risk profiles and credit limits
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal control procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in collections and treasury management
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
- Expert knowledge of Philippine banking regulations and GAAP standards
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel
- Proven track record of reducing DSO and improving cash conversion cycles
- Certification in Treasury Management (CAMS/CTP) is highly desirable
