Tanggung Jawab
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to collect outstanding payments and negotiate payment arrangements.
- Analyze customer account details to determine appropriate resolution strategies.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding account status and overdue balances.
- Document all customer interactions, agreements, and account updates accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team leader and support staff to identify areas for process improvement.
- Adhere to all company policies, compliance regulations, and ethical standards regarding debt collection.
- Maintain a high level of call quality and customer satisfaction metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field or equivalent professional experience.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a persuasive, solution-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced call center environment.
- Must be willing to work on a Day Shift schedule.
- Previous experience in collections or customer service is an advantage.
