Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to collect outstanding payments and negotiate payment arrangements.
  • Analyze customer account details to determine appropriate resolution strategies.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding account status and overdue balances.
  • Document all customer interactions, agreements, and account updates accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the team leader and support staff to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Adhere to all company policies, compliance regulations, and ethical standards regarding debt collection.
  • Maintain a high level of call quality and customer satisfaction metrics.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a persuasive, solution-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced call center environment.
  • Must be willing to work on a Day Shift schedule.
  • Previous experience in collections or customer service is an advantage.
