Deskripsi Pekerjaan

PT Nusa Manunggal Jaya is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Collector to join our field operations team in DI Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring timely payment collection and maintaining healthy business relationships with our trade partners.

The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with excellent negotiation skills who is comfortable working in the field. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the company’s cash flow and operational stability. Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct field visits to retail stores and business partners to manage outstanding accounts receivable.
  • Proactively monitor payment due dates and execute collection activities for invoices nearing maturity.
  • Negotiate payment schedules and resolve discrepancies regarding outstanding balances.
  • Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and client interactions in the company database.
  • Report daily collection progress and pending issues to the Finance/Operations Department.
  • Ensure professional representation of PT Nusa Manunggal Jaya during all client engagements.
  • Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with shop owners and clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to identify and address bottlenecks in the billing or collection process.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM C) and have access to a personal motorcycle.
  • Deep familiarity with the DI Yogyakarta area and its business landscape.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on persuasion and empathy.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
  • High level of integrity, discipline, and commitment to achieving daily targets.
  • Proficiency in basic administrative tasks and data entry.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a professional demeanor.
