Tanggung Jawab
- Process various banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments, with high accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of banking products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
- Ensure compliance with all security and operational procedures during cash handling activities.
- Manage customer queues efficiently to minimize wait times and improve branch flow.
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation of cash drawers and transaction logs.
- Assist with administrative duties and branch documentation as required by management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'A' Levels or Diploma in any discipline.
- Prior experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- High level of integrity and comfort handling cash transactions.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and digital banking tools.
