Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough training needs analysis for commercial teams across Jawa Barat to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging and impactful training programs covering product knowledge (gadgets, electronics), sales techniques, customer service excellence, and retail operations.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives through robust metrics, adjusting programs as necessary to ensure maximum impact and ROI.
- Coach, mentor, and provide ongoing performance support to commercial staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Collaborate closely with regional sales managers, product teams, and HR to align learning strategies with business objectives and market trends.
- Stay abreast of the latest learning technologies, methodologies, and industry best practices in retail and L&D to continuously enhance Erajaya’s learning ecosystem.
- Manage training resources, schedules, and logistics efficiently to ensure seamless program delivery.
- Act as a subject matter expert and advocate for commercial learning within the organization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Trainer, Learning & Development Specialist, or similar role, preferably in a retail, electronics, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering impactful training content for commercial teams.
- Strong understanding of gadgets, electronics, and telecommunications products is highly preferred.
- Exceptional facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills, both in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the Jawa Barat region as required.
- Proven ability to motivate, inspire, and develop others.
