Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for the maritime and logistics industry? Pelayaran Pasifik Indonesia is seeking a results-driven Commercial Marketing specialist to join our expanding team in Jakarta Barat. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in growing our market share by acquiring new high-value clients and strategically managing the branding and positioning of our Tug & Barge fleet.
You will work closely with our operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery, acting as the primary bridge between our logistical capabilities and our customers' needs. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the complexities of freight forwarding, and possesses the communication skills to build long-term, sustainable client relationships.
Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the freight forwarding and maritime logistics sector.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Manage the branding and marketing activities for our Tug & Barge fleet to enhance market visibility.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and commercial proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the operations team to monitor service quality and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of client leads and activities via CRM tools.
- Conduct market analysis to stay informed on freight rates and industry trends in the Indonesian logistics market.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales or marketing, specifically within the shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of Tug & Barge operations and maritime logistics workflows.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Self-motivated professional with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and modern CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-pressure environment.
