Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial operations, sales operations, or business development
- Proven track record of developing and implementing commercial strategies in manufacturing, transportation, or logistics
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions
