Join PP London Sumatra Indonesia as our Company Doctor and play a pivotal role in safeguarding the health and well-being of our dedicated workforce. We are looking for a qualified medical professional to oversee our occupational health services, manage health risks, and ensure a safe working environment. In this role, you will provide direct medical care, conduct regular health screenings, and implement preventive health programs tailored to our industrial setting. Your expertise will help reduce workplace injuries and promote a culture of wellness, ensuring our employees return home safe and healthy every day.
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide immediate medical treatment and first aid for work-related injuries and sudden illnesses.
- Conduct regular medical examinations and health screenings for all employees.
- Manage occupational health programs, including vaccinations and health education campaigns.
- Assess and mitigate workplace health risks and safety hazards.
- Collaborate with the safety team to enforce K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) regulations.
- Provide health counseling and wellness advice to employees to improve quality of life.
- Maintain accurate medical records and health reports for the company.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Medicine (S1 Dokter) with a specialization in Occupational Health is preferred.
- Valid Surat Ijin Praktek (SIP) from the Indonesian Ministry of Health.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Company Doctor or in Occupational Health.
- Strong knowledge of K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees effectively.
- Crisis management and emergency response skills.
- Ability to work in a remote industrial setting.
