In this critical onsite role, you will play a vital part in maintaining our high standards of regulatory adherence within our Banking & Financial Services operations. We are seeking individuals with experience in support roles who possess a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to integrity. You will assist in mitigating risks, verifying data accuracy, and ensuring that our services align with industry standards while supporting our global clients.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of client data to ensure strict compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Assist in the identification and mitigation of compliance risks within daily operational workflows.
- Verify the accuracy and legitimacy of financial records and documentation to prevent fraudulent activities.
- Collaborate with the operations and support teams to resolve compliance-related queries and issues efficiently.
- Prepare and maintain detailed, accurate reports on compliance status and any identified discrepancies.
- Stay updated on changes in banking and financial regulations to ensure ongoing adherence to standards.
- Provide training or guidance to team members on compliance procedures and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in support roles, preferably within a BPO or Banking/Financial Services environment.
- Strong understanding of compliance principles, including KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High level of attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite and data analysis tools.
