Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive global compliance and information security framework aligned with international standards.
- Lead the management of enterprise risk, including the identification, assessment, and mitigation of compliance and security risks.
- Oversee the investigation and remediation of security incidents and data breaches.
- Manage the audit process, coordinating with internal and external auditors to ensure findings are addressed and documented.
- Ensure strict adherence to local and international data privacy laws and regulations, such as GDPR and PDPA.
- Partner with IT and operational teams to integrate compliance requirements into business processes and technical systems.
- Produce regular compliance reports and presentations for executive leadership to ensure transparency.
- Stay updated on emerging regulatory trends and provide strategic guidance to the executive team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Compliance Director or similar senior-level role in a multinational or BPO environment.
- Strong knowledge of information security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001) and data privacy regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in leading audit and risk management initiatives.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CISA, CISSP, CFE) are highly preferred.
