Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and ensure adherence to internal compliance policies and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and submit accurate regulatory reports to relevant financial authorities.
- Conduct thorough due diligence and KYC (Know Your Customer) assessments.
- Assist in the review and updating of corporate governance manuals and internal procedures.
- Identify, assess, and document compliance risks associated with business operations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to address compliance gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Stay up-to-date with evolving financial regulations and industry best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in compliance, audit, or legal roles within the financial services industry.
- Strong working knowledge of Singapore financial regulations (MAS guidelines).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance management software.
