Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert guidance to country-level teams on Roche Group Code of Conduct, anti-bribery, and corruption policies.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments for APAC diagnostic operations to identify and mitigate potential compliance exposures.
- Lead regional training initiatives to foster a culture of ethics and integrity among employees and third-party partners.
- Manage and investigate compliance-related concerns, ensuring timely resolution and implementation of corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Legal and Finance departments to ensure local procedures align with global compliance standards and regional regulations.
- Monitor and analyze local regulatory changes, updating regional policies to maintain proactive compliance.
- Support internal audits and provide oversight on remediation plans to ensure continuous improvement in compliance performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in Compliance, Legal, or Internal Audit, preferably within the healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences industry.
- In-depth knowledge of APAC regulatory landscapes and anti-corruption legislation (e.g., FCPA, UK Bribery Act).
- Proven track record of stakeholder management and the ability to influence leadership across diverse cultural environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Outstanding communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex regulatory concepts to non-experts.
- Professional certification (e.g., CCEP, CAMS, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
