Join POLWEL Co-operative Society Limited as a Compliance Inspector and play a pivotal role in maintaining regulatory integrity within Singapore's Government & Defence sector. You will conduct rigorous inspections to ensure adherence to legal standards, internal policies, and operational protocols. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and proactive risk mitigation strategies to safeguard organizational compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions, document findings, and develop compliance frameworks that align with evolving regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive inspections and audits to verify compliance with government regulations and organizational policies
- Investigate reported violations and recommend corrective actions through detailed documentation
- Monitor regulatory changes and update compliance protocols accordingly
- Prepare inspection reports with actionable recommendations for management
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and stakeholders during compliance reviews
- Train staff on compliance procedures and regulatory requirements
- Track compliance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance auditing or regulatory inspection
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean regulatory frameworks and government policies
- Certification in compliance management (e.g., CCEP) preferred
- Proficiency in compliance management software and reporting tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities
