- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and assess compliance risk, conducting regular audits and reviews.
- Provide expert guidance to business units on regulatory matters and ethical standards.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certified Compliance Officer (CCO) or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or audit within the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations and laws in the Philippines.
