Are you an environmental compliance professional looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? PERSOL is currently seeking a dedicated Compliance Supervisor to lead our environmental oversight operations in Lamongan. In this critical role, you will be the primary point of contact for regulatory affairs, ensuring that our onsite operations strictly adhere to Indonesian environmental laws, AMDAL requirements, and internal corporate standards.
As our Compliance Supervisor, you will provide leadership to our onsite team, guiding them through complex permitting processes, waste management protocols, and rigorous internal audits. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining our operational license and corporate reputation by proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies. This is a 100% onsite role, offering the chance to work hands-on with operational teams to drive sustainable and compliant manufacturing practices.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all environmental compliance activities, including AMDAL, UKL-UPL, and hazardous waste management (B3).
- Serve as the primary liaison for government authorities, environmental agencies, and external auditors to ensure smooth regulatory inspections.
- Supervise, mentor, and lead the environmental compliance team to ensure daily operational tasks are met with high standards.
- Develop and implement robust internal audit programs to monitor site compliance with environmental permits and corporate regulations.
- Coordinate all permit renewal processes and maintain accurate documentation for all reporting requirements.
- Analyze onsite processes to identify potential non-compliance risks and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Deliver environmental training and awareness programs to staff members to foster a culture of compliance throughout the facility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in environmental compliance or HSE roles, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of Indonesian environmental regulations, specifically AMDAL/UKL-UPL and B3 waste management.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a site-based team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface confidently with external regulatory bodies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Willingness to be based permanently in Lamongan (WFO/Onsite).
- Valid certifications related to environmental management systems (ISO 14001 or similar) are highly advantageous.
