We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead our capital projects, ensuring the successful delivery of new and retrofit facility developments. In this critical role, you will oversee the entire construction lifecycle, from initial planning through to final handover, while maintaining strict adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage all aspects of capital construction projects, including planning, execution, and delivery
- Oversee EPCM activities, ensuring contractors meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure project milestones are met
- Implement rigorous risk management strategies to mitigate potential project delays
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and industry regulations
- Manage project documentation and reporting throughout the construction lifecycle
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in construction management, preferably in pharmaceutical or biotech facilities
- Proven experience with EPCM management and complex capital projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and technologies
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Familiarity with Singapore building codes and regulatory requirements
