  • Maintain a deep product knowledge base to provide accurate information and guidance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Meet daily and weekly performance metrics and KPIs consistently.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products/services to enhance customer value.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in any field; preference given to graduates of Business, Communication, or Computer Science.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer support environment is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • High level of empathy and a genuine passion for helping people.
