- Conduct comprehensive audits of digital and print content to ensure brand consistency and accuracy
- Identify content gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for optimization across all platforms
- Develop and maintain content inventories with detailed quality metrics and improvement tracking
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement content governance standards and best practices
- Analyze SEO performance metrics and recommend data-driven content enhancements
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and brand guideline requirements
- Create detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations for content improvement
- Stay current with industry content trends and emerging quality assurance methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in content auditing, editing, or quality assurance roles
- Expert knowledge of SEO principles and content management systems (CMS)
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in content analysis tools and quality assurance methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Portfolio demonstrating content quality improvement projects preferred
