- Develop and execute innovative content strategies across social media, websites, and digital platforms
- Create engaging multimedia content including videos, graphics, articles, and interactive posts
- Collaborate with marketing team to align content with brand voice and campaign objectives
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategy and improve engagement rates
- Stay updated on industry trends and platform algorithm changes
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all assets
- Brainstorm and pitch creative concepts for new campaigns and promotions
Kualifikasi
- Proven portfolio showcasing diverse content creation (video, graphic design, written)
- 3+ years of experience in digital content creation or social media management
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Premiere Pro)
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and SEO best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of nutrition/health industry preferred
- Experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, social media insights)
