Tanggung Jawab
- Create engaging social media content, including posts, stories, and videos showcasing dental services and patient experiences
- Develop and manage the clinic's content calendar across multiple platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of clinic facilities, staff, and dental procedures for marketing purposes
- Assist dental assistants with clinical tasks after completing comprehensive training programs
- Write compelling copy for website pages, newsletters, and promotional materials
- Monitor and respond to online reviews and social media messages to maintain positive patient engagement
- Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions
- Support event planning and execution for community outreach and patient engagement activities
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating content creation skills for social media or digital marketing
- Basic photography and video editing skills with knowledge of tools like Canva or Adobe Premiere
- Strong written communication skills in English; Malay or Mandarin is a plus
- Ability to work on-site at our Johor Bahru clinic location
- Willingness to learn dental assistance procedures and clinical workflows
- Creative mindset with ability to brainstorm and execute content ideas independently
- Prior experience in healthcare, dental, or retail marketing is advantageous but not required
