Tanggung Jawab
- Brainstorm, conceptualize, and create engaging visual and written content for various social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Assist in the planning, development, and execution of monthly content calendars.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Edit short-form videos and design eye-catching graphics using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar software.
- Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and audience preferences to optimize content performance and engagement.
- Support the team during on-site photoshoots, video recordings, and other creative production activities.
- Track and report on social media metrics to measure the success of content initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- Demonstrable passion for social media, digital marketing, and modern content creation trends.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- A creative mindset with a strong eye for aesthetics, layout, and visual details.
- Ability to take initiative, work independently, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Having a personal portfolio or active social media account showcasing your creative work is a major plus.
